Later on, Sportsnet originally blew their handling of Bob Cole's retirement by jerking him around and not letting fans in on their plans. Now those plans are public. Is this the proper send off for a hockey legend or much adieu about nothing?
Oilers management has stirred the pot again by telling the world that if they make the playoffs, their awful GM will be back. Was this the right move to motivate the group or another shortsighted step by a team known for them?
